The privacy of your personal data is important to me. I do not capture any personal data as a result of your usage of this website. Should we decide to undertake coaching and/or therapeutic work together then I will need to collect personal data and this will be covered as part of our contracting process.

I cannot, therefore, be held liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of information on this website.
Coaching and/or psychotherapy offer a safe, confidential, supportive space to discuss areas that are of importance to you. There can be many benefits of doing so, including raising awareness, gaining insight, greater empowerment, facilitating positive change and making decisions. I commit to giving you my undivided attention and unconditional positive regard during our session together in order to help you to help yourself. However, it is important to realise that there can be no guarantee offered of achieving any particular outcome such as finding a solution to an issue. One way to think of it is you are paying for my professional time, not necessarily a ‘cure’.
Also, coaching and/or psychotherapy are not a substitute for professional medical care (e.g. from your GP or other qualified medical practitioner) if you are concerned about aspects of your mental (or physical) health.
